Pay attention to whom you share your intimate energy with. Intimacy at this level intertwines your aural energy with the aural energy of the other person. These powerful connections, regardless of how insignificant you think they are, leave spiritual debris, particularly within people who do not practice any type of cleansing, physical, emotional or otherwise.
The more you interact intimately with someone, the deeper the connection and the more of their aura is intertwined with yours.
Imagine the confused aura of someone who sleeps with multiple people and carries around these multiple energies? What they may not realize is that others can feel that energy which can repel positive energy and attract negative energy into your life.
"I always say, never sleep with someone you wouldn’t want to be." - Lisa Chase Patterson
Contrary to popular belief, winter does exist in Africa.
After a weekend of storms and floods, I’m now sitting in the living room wrapped in a fluffy blanket next to a heater. I was meant to be working at the antique shop again today, but I’ve got a few days off.
At some point I’d like to make a post about this new workplace, as it is honestly already one of the most interesting experiences of my life. I’ll dedicate a whole post to it sometime, because anything less wouldn’t do it justice.
My life has definitely taken a turn for the interesting;
I haven’t even stepped foot in the bush yet and so much has already come my way.
I landed in South Africa a week and a half ago, and I’ve managed to reconnect with my family in ways that I didn’t think were possible, bonding with my mother and brother for arguably the first time in my life. It feels amazing!
Earlier in the week, I got offered an entire farm, farmhouse and all, to grow organic vegetables and such, and today I started working for a lightworker silversmith, called Adrian, in a cute antique shop owned by adorable, comical gay couple (Chris and Brad) and their toyboy, Hannes. I had so much fun today, just being in the company of these vibrant beings, I’d be happy if I didn’t receive any payment at all, but I guess, luckily I do!
I had honestly misjudged South Africa, as I really thought I’d be walking straight into a country of closed-mindedness, when in reality, I couldn’t be further from the truth! People are waking up left, right and centre here and it actually feels welcoming to a be a lightworker for a change!
As some of you already know, I’ve found a self-sufficient volunteer opportunity just outside of Durban being self sufficient, growing my own fruit and vegetables, building homes and just literally living in the forest, no electricity and no money!
So, the plan (if there even needs to be one) is to chill here in Port Elizabeth for a month or two, grounding myself and working in the antique shop. I’d then either go test the waters (the forest) for a week, or throw myself in the deep end (still the forest) for a few months/years and learn from the lightworker that I’ll be staying with, and then once I’ve got the hang of living off the land, I might get a few like-minded people together and take a stab at the farm!
I start work at 9 tomorrow morning, so I better close my eyes.
